1. Eligibility for Refunds

- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The refund request is made within 2 days of receiving the product.

Digital Products (e.g., Krypto Ultimate Trading Guide):
- The file is inaccessible due to technical issues caused by us.
- Refund requests must be made within 2 days of purchase.

In-Person Workshop Training Program:
- Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 2 days before the workshop date.
- Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 2 days of the workshop.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Personalized or customized merchandise.
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Services already rendered or partially completed.
- “Change of mind” requests after purchase.
3. Refund Request Process

4. Refund Approval and Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.
- Provide photos and a description of the issue for verification.
- We may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
6. Cancellations for Workshops
- Full refunds for workshops are available only if cancellation is requested within the specified timeframe.
- If a workshop is canceled by Krypto Kazi, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
